STOP counting calories, START to listen to you’re BODY!
I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but I’ve lost 80lbs so far and I have never counted a calorie - or calculated the calories I burned during a workout.
I just eat clean, eat wise portions, work out daily, and try to stay active when I’m not working out.
It’s worked for me SO FAR. Still have a long way to go though.
