I'm Hershey (well, actually, my dog is Hershey, but I'm using the name for internet anonymity) and this is my weight loss Tumblr. I started at 294lbs (Jan. 2011). My goal weight is 120-130lbs. I'm currently at 220-something lbs. I'm 5'6.5". I'm 25 years old.
How am I doing it? Eating clean - no processed foods/carbs or added sugar and VERY LITTLE dairy. Cardio - mainly running, but some elliptical. Body weight strength training. Low weight/high reps on gym machines.
