I’m not saying this will work for everyone, but I’ve lost 80lbs so far and I have never counted a calorie - or calculated the calories I burned during a workout.
I just eat clean, eat wise portions, work out daily, and try to stay active when I’m not working out.
It’s worked for me SO FAR. Still have a long way to go though.

That’s all it is now - and I’m definitely not confident enough to DATE anyone yet, but that alone is kind of mind boggling.

78lbs lost in a year...
I just realized that as of this month, I’ve been actively losing weight for a year. It honestly simultaneously doesn’t feel like it’s been that long AAAAAAND feels like it’s been much longer.
I don’t know how that can be.
